B-91960013 and registered office at C/ALCALDE ANTONIO FALCÓN ARIZA, 45 – 41309 LA RINCONADA (SEVILLE). The domain «alfilformacion.com» aims to facilitate, to the general public, knowledge of the activities it carries out and a description of the products and services it provides.

These general conditions regulate access to and use of the site «alfilformacion.com» (hereinafter «the Website») that Alfil Formación y Consultoría makes available free of charge to Internet users. Access to the Website implies full acceptance of these conditions, without prejudice to the general or particular conditions foreseen for certain specific services, which shall be deemed accepted by mere use thereof.

With respect to references to third-party products and services, Alfil Formación y Consultoría acknowledges in favor of their holders the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights, their mere mention or appearance on the Website not implying the existence of any rights or liability of Alfil Formación y Consultoría over them, nor endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Alfil Formación y Consultoría, unless expressly stated.

Unauthorized use of the information contained on the Website, its resale, as well as infringement of Alfil Formación y Consultoría’s Intellectual Property rights, will give rise to the legally established liabilities.

Alfil Formación y Consultoría and the user, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, submit to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile for any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Website. In the event that the user has their domicile outside Spain, Alfil Formación y Consultoría and the user submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Seville (Spain).
